"Some of it worked for me, some not so much"
I tried an Origins moisturizer and face wash, and I’d say my experience was kind of mixed. The moisturizer felt nice and seemed to help with my dry patches a little, but the cleanser didn’t really make a noticeable difference for my skin. It’s not bad by any means, but for the price, I’m not totally sure it was worth it.

"Missing samples and gift from my order"
I was disappointed when my order arrived and the samples were missing, along with the gift that was supposed to be included. I reached out by email, but the replies felt like they were coming from robots instead of an actual person who could help. Not the best experience

"Nice scents, but kind of strong"
I ordered a few things from Origins and overall, the scents are nice. Fresh and clean they smell, and the ginger one at first I actually liked a lot because it felt a little different.
After using them a bit though, the fragrance got to be too much for me. Not bad exactly, just stronger than I was expecting it to be, and sometimes it hangs around more than I want.
I still use them here and there, just not every day. If scented skincare is your thing, you might like these more than I did. For me, they are okay, but not something I’d reach for all the time.

"I’ve been using this for about two..."
I’ve been using this for about two months and at first I was like, eh, it’s not doing much—but my skin does feel softer. My wrinkles still look mostly the same, so I wouldn’t call it magic, but I guess I’m not mad at it either

"Good hydration, just a little pricey"
I ordered this moisturizer from origins.com because my skin has been so dry this winter — like, uncomfortably dry. Shipping was fine, not exactly quick, but it showed up without any issues.
The cream actually helped a lot. My face felt softer by the next morning, and it didn’t leave that greasy feeling, which is a big plus for me. I kept touching my face like… okay, this is working.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the price feels a bit high, and the jar was smaller than I expected. Still, I’m happy with it overall and would probably buy it again if my skin gets that dry.

"Pretty easy checkout overall"
Ordering from Origins was easy. The checkout page came up quickly, and I didn’t have to poke around forever to figure out where to add my code or put in my shipping stuff.
I also liked that the total was shown clearly before I paid, so there wasn’t some random surprise at the very end. The confirmation email came through right away too, or at least basically right away. Overall, super simple and I’d probably use the site again.

"Ordering was fine, just a little slow"
I ordered from Origins and everything went through in the end, so it wasn’t a big deal. The site just felt kind of slow, and checkout took longer than I thought it would. I feel like online checkouts always make simple things take forever. I did get the confirmation email right after, so at least that part was okay. Overall, it was just a average ordering experience.

"Really nice packaging, no mess"
My order from Origins showed up packed really nicely. The box was clean and sturdy, and nothing was rattling around or shifting inside, which I always notice with skincare stuff.
The jars and tubes were protected well without feeling like there was a ton of extra packaging, if that makes sense. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no leaks, dents, or mess, and it just felt like the order was handled with care. I’d definitely order again.

"Not as into the new formulas"
I’ve been using origins for years, so I noticed the difference quickly. The moisturizer I always liked doesn’t feel as rich on my skin anymore, and the scent seems a lot stronger than it used to be. It still works okay, and shipping was perfectly fine, but the overall experience just isn’t the same for me. I’ll probably keep using a couple of their products, but I’m not sure I’ll repurchase the same ones again.

I do like the product, but it was smaller than I thought it would be for the price. With normal use, it only lasted me a few weeks, which was a little disappointing. I guess it’s not bad overall, and I’d still say it does the job, I just wish it had lasted longer.

The products themselves are decent, so I don’t have much to complain about there. But the prices felt higher than I expected, and it added a bit of unexpected stress when I was just trying to make a simple purchase. "Decent ingredients, but I had to work too hard to find the good stuff"
I do like that some of their products use decent plant-based ingredients, but not everything feels as clean as I expected. A couple of items worked fine for me, but others had way too much fragrance. For the price, I thought the ingredient quality would be better across the board. I also found it kind of annoying how much effort it took to read through everything and figure out which products were actually worth trying.

"Super easy to update my subscription"
Changing my subscription on origins.com was really simple. I was able to skip a month and update my shipping info without any hassle (which I always appreciate). No confusing steps, no waiting around, and everything worked exactly like it should. Definitely 5 stars from me

"Found what I needed, checkout was a little slow"
I found my moisturizer fast and the site was easy to get around. The pages were clear and I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of stuff. Checkout did lag a bit on my phone, which was annoying, but it went through eventually. Weirdly, I remember the little loading spinner looking kind of like a tiny washing machine, so that stuck with me.
